Deck height to 5"?

Recently purchased a 2007 stc48v. Cannot get deck height adjusted beyond 4" and need 5". Have maxed out adjustment rod, aired up tires, found no wear or modifications. Deck pitch is level front to back side to side. Any ideas out there?

You need to verify whether the deck spacers or hangers accommodate an additional notch or shim. I heard that some models require a spacer swap in order to clear 5".
