deck blower clearance

Is there a service manual for Scag attachments (not the operator's manual) that has clearance measurments? Im trying to figure out why the blower belt keeps popping off as soon as i engage the pto. Ive been over everything, belt is on right, pulleys are smooth, nothing caught up it. Its a GC-2B blower for a Scag Patriot SPZ-52.

That issue is usually alignment or tension related, it is worth rechecking idler and pulley tracking under load.
