So today I was mowing my backyard with my Tiger Cat when I started hearing a clicking noise through my ear muffs. I thought something might be off so I turned off the blades to check things out. Rhe clicking stopped but then the mower won't move. No forward or reverse movement at all.

Blades still engage just fine, but I'm stuck in place now. Anyone have ideas on what to check? Thanks!

I feel like it's only between the drive belt and the hydro release lever making that issue. Before anything, check the belt, then make sure the bypass valves aren't accidentally open.

Had a similar issue with my Tiger Cat II last season. It turned out the drive belt had slipped off one of the pulleys. Since your blades still engage, it's likely the problem's in the drive system, not the engine. I'd check the hydrostatic drive lever to make sure it's engaged, and inspect the belt for slack or wear.
