Running into what's starting to feel like a fuel delivery issue on this Tiger cat, has a FX801V, the mower starts up strong and runs perfectly for the first 20 30 minutes or thereabout, there's no hesitation or weird noises but once it gets warmed up and I've been cutting for a while, it'll suddenly start bogging down, like it's starving for fuel or somethng, then if I push it, it'll stall out completely, give it 10–15 minutes, and it'll fire back up and run again....for a while. I've already changed out the fuel filter, checked the lines for clogs, and made sure the tank is venting properly, I even ran it with the gas cap off just to rule out vapor lock, I'm drained already
I dont know if its the mechanical fuel pump, What do I do next please?

My neighbor had a problem like this a while back. It wasn't a scag, but the symptoms were similar and in his case it was the fuel pump. As it worked, it started to overheat and not deliver enough fuel. Then it would cool off and continue working as normal for a while and then die again.

Have you tried bypassing the mechanical fuel pump with a temporary electric one to see if that solves it? That might confirm if the pump is your culprit
