Error code after hydraulic repair

Last week I had a hydraulic line pop off on my Scag V-Ride mower during a busy afternoon mowing. It sprayed fluid everywhere and shut down unexpectedly. Took it to the dealer the next day, they replaced the damaged line and tested it out before sending it back. Five days later, my cousin went out to mow and immediately got error code 12, and the mower wouldn't start. I'm thinking maybe there's still air trapped in the hydraulic system, or possibly a sensor got damaged during the leak?
Has anyone experienced this after a hydraulic fix? and what should I check before bringing it back to the dealer?
Would appreciate any troubleshooting tips, TIA

That code is usually a hydro fan motor fault.
Maybe some fluid got into the connection or maybe the fan motor itself got fried when the line blew and the dealer missed it?
I'd check the fan motor connector first, make sure it's clean and seated properly.
If that doesn't do it, you could try checking the resistance on the fan motor to see if it's open or shorted.
It's a long shot, but it could also be a bad fan relay.
Air in the hydro system usually presents as weak or erratic drive, not a fan motor error code.
You're probably going to end up taking it back in, but worth a look first to save a trip!
